My speciality is internal and change communication. Communication that inspires people – directly. I’ve worked with implementations of global IT systems (SAP), global HR solutions (SuccessFactor), and global communication partner roles. I’ve worked as a communication lead/advisor on organisational changes, strategy implementations and engagement initiatives. And I’ve worked with Global Intranets (SharePoint) and as global editor-in-chief.
Today, I offer services as a senior communication advisor, project lead and executioner within internal communications. So whether you are looking for someone to produce articles or take full ownership of strategic transformations and changes, I’m here to help.
Should your assignment be out of my area of competencies, I’ll not only be honest about it, but I’ll also use my professional network of good people within copywriting, photo-/video production, graphical design etc.

My approach to tasks and people is where I stand out the most compared to my many talented communication colleagues. It’s the joy of helping others shine and become better versions of themselves. The joy of creating value through others. The joy of creating understanding and clarity for others. The joy of dovetailing vision and mission from top management to tangible actions for all. The joy of thinking outside the box. The joy of being the difference that makes a difference.
More specifically, this is shown in the way I think. I think about improving the communication skills of my surroundings to make them blossom, and not about what makes me look good. I strive to engage and create a sustainable effect rather than to dazzle and create immediate affect. Hence, my focus on improving the communication skills of my surroundings usually creates great results, with the bonus of also having leaders better equipped to communicate more clearly going forward on their own.
